Our Story

Founding of Klonveria

Klonveria was created with the goal of providing women the opportunity to unlock their athletic potential through specially designed gymnastics programs. Our center combines traditional techniques with modern approaches to developing strength, flexibility and coordination.

We believe that every woman can achieve harmony between physical fitness and inner confidence. Our programs are designed with consideration for the specifics of female physiology and aimed at comprehensive development of all muscle groups.

We have special adapted programs for pregnant women that focus on safe exercises and preparation for childbirth. Doctor's clearance is mandatory.

How quickly can I see results?

You will feel the first changes after 2-3 weeks of regular classes. Visible results in strength and flexibility appear after 6-8 weeks of systematic training.
