3. Membership and Registration

4. Payment Terms and Policies

• Late Payments: $25 AUD fee after 7 days past due

5. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

All members must:

6. Health and Safety Requirements

Before participating, you must:

• Complete a comprehensive health questionnaire
• Disclose any medical conditions or injuries
• Obtain medical clearance if required
• Follow all safety instructions and protocols

You agree to:

• Exercise within your physical capabilities
• Stop immediately if you feel unwell
• Report injuries or incidents promptly

Are the exclusive property of Klonveria and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our branding or logos commercially
• Record classes or training sessions
• Share proprietary training methods

9. Privacy and Photography

By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Photography/videography for promotional purposes (unless you opt out)
• Use of your likeness in marketing materials

You may opt out of promotional photography by notifying us in writing.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your membership for:

Member-initiated cancellation:

• Monthly memberships: 30 days written notice
• Annual memberships: Subject to contract terms

Upon termination, access to facilities and services ceases immediately.

11. Force Majeure

Klonveria is not liable for inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Government regulations or health orders
• Equipment failure or facility damage
• Public health emergencies
• Labor disputes or strikes

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or issue appropriate credits.
